The specialist of the Sales Department will ask you the following questions: if the building is under construction now or not, if yes, at what stage of the project it is now; purpose of the building or rooms (flat, cottage, office or other); what the area of the building (room) is; what horizon side windows look; what floor; what kind of heat emission equipment are available, if any; number of people occupying the building (room) at the same time; what your expectations are: just comfort environment in the building (room) or, in addition to the above, presentability of the equipment produced under a famous brand and using new technologies.

After that you will be provided with initial commercial proposal with variants for you could choose any equipment meeting your financial status or you will be invited to the Company’s office, to its Engineering Department to be exact, to demonstrate drawings, layouts and other engineering documents of your building.

If you have living quarters or a small office, it’s very simple! You and the specialist of the Sales Department agree on a meeting in your building. During that meeting you specify a place for installation of the indoor and outdoor units (cost of installation works depends on the place) and agree on a final cost and time for installation of the equipment. At that very day you can enter into a contract with the Company and obtain warranty and after-sales commitments from the Company for the equipment installed. All you should do to enjoy the life is to pay our invoice, accept the installation completed and study the air-conditioner manual carefully.

In case of more complex facilities, the above standard procedure involves the Engineering Department who carry out calculations and select equipment and system configuration, develop and get approval of engineering documents.

You have already known all the rest stages: a specialist of the Sales Department visits your premises, cost of installation work and installation time are determined, the contract is signed, payment is made, you accepts the work completed and enjoy your life.
